How it works
Four parts. One is a language model. It does not decide what you pay.
The rules
Code decides, not the model
The six rules and the stored claims are plain code with tests over them. They take an offer and return yes, no, or hold for you. They never read the message, only the numbers in it, so nothing a supplier writes can talk its way past them.
The strategy
The move comes before the words
Anchor, counter, hold, question a number that does not add up, or walk. The move comes from their own price history and how far you still are from your ceiling. Only then does it write the message.
The voice
It gets checked before it sends
Every draft is checked for anything that reads like a machine wrote it: long paragraphs, filler, bullets, sign-offs. Cheap checks run on all of them. The strictest one reads anything that commits you to a price.

Your own account, a real browser
WhatsApp and Instagram have no API for this, so it works them in a real browser on your logged in session, on a machine you control or a process we run for you. A doctor command tells you when a login has gone stale.
One day of it, in nine lines.
An example thread. An anchor well above your number. A floor claimed, then broken. A volume trap. A close that clears every limit. You would have read it in a minute.
- 09:12For 2500 pieces I can do $12.80 each.
- 09:31That's well over what I've been quoted elsewhere for 180gsm. I'm at $9.40.
- 11:04$12.50 is my absolute floor, I don't make money below that.
- 11:40Understood. At $9.90 I can commit to the full 2500 this week.
- 14:22I can do $11.20 if you take 5000.
Two flags. $12.50 was called an absolute floor at 11:04, and 5,000 is outside the 2,000 to 3,000 range.
- 14:515000 doesn't work for me, I need 2500. But you just came down to $11.20, so let's finish this at $10.00 for the 2500.
- 16:38Ok. $10.00 for 2500, 180gsm, net 30. Send me the PO.
Accepted. Clears the ceiling at $10.00, the quantity range at 2,500 and the spec at 180gsm. No prepayment, and under your approval limit.

Morning Ravi. Spring run, 2500 blank tees, 180gsm combed cotton in black. What can you do on price?
Good morning. We can supply that. Let me check today's yarn price and come back.
For 2500 pieces I can do $12.80 each.
That is well over what I have been quoted elsewhere for 180gsm. I am at $9.40.
$12.50 is my absolute floor, I do not make money below that.
Understood. At $9.90 I can commit to the full 2500 this week.
I can do $11.20 if you take 5000.
The same thread in the console. The price path, what it remembers, and what does not add up yet.
Note what it did not do. It never countered above their own asking price. It never took 5,000 units at a better rate. It asked about the contradiction once. It sent nothing. The wire is still yours.
Set it up in minutes.
Tell it what you need and your numbers. It works with your suppliers from there.
01
Input what you need
The garment, fabric, sizes, print, colourways, photos, the date you need it by, your target price and your ceiling.
02
It talks to your suppliers
In your own WhatsApp and Instagram. It makes the offers, holds the line, and gives you the best chance of agreeing on a price.
03
You approve, or you do not
It brings back a deal inside your limits, or the reason it walked. You approve and send the wire.
It only needs your limits.
Tell us what you buy and how often. We reply with a WhatsApp number and set it up. Minutes, not a project.
Email us. We reply with a WhatsApp number. That is the setup.
